Slates and the rest of Bradley’s Cannabis Industry team have helped businesses navigate the choppy and unforeseen waters that are present in new medical cannabis programs – in Mississippi and beyond. From the outset, Slates’ team assists prospective businesses with legal needs that arise during the capital raise phase, the business formation phase, the real estate acquisition phase, and the application/licensing phase.

In addition, their team has experience challenging county zoning ordinances enacted to limit cannabis businesses’ operations, negotiating branding agreements for Mississippi medical cannabis licensees, and helping healthcare groups develop and enact policies regarding practitioner certification of medical cannabis patients and medical cannabis patient use of medical cannabis at healthcare facilities
